Certified Aging in Place Specialist or C.A.P.S. has become the fastest growing designation offered by the National Association of Home Builders. With the help of AARP and the NAHB Dan Bawden of Legal Eagle Contractors lead the initial development of the C.A.P.S. program and has continued to foster its growth since inception.
